Gregory M. d'ArbonneBusiness Development Room 1141 201 Lowell Street Wilmington, MA 01887-2901 gdarbonn@systems.textron.com Tel: 978-657-1271 Cell: 978-604-8835 Fax: 978-657-2229 RE: Textron Systems Collaboration Dear Greg, As always I am deeply impressed with your work at Textron and the broad industrial investment in the multitude of Textron Businesses. Your position that Textron's primary production focuses on transportation is a very clear realization of how we can work together in the future. As promised, I have created this web-page for you to enable direct access to information appertaining to, and as a part of, our collective business case. Please note that we often refer to the complete system as the "HyRail", i.e. ( http://www.HyRail.us ) The documents linked to this web page depicting the necessity, financial feasibility and elementary design should answer most, if not all of your questions. As this infrastructure system provides a multitude of municipal services and multiple revenue streams it will enable Cities, Counties, States and Nations to enjoy a greater and less damaging public revenue collection system while also creating a self contained energy production and conversion system that will provide a constant flow of Hydrogen along with traditional hydrocarbons such as LP and NG piped directly to traditional fuels stations for future consumers. Our business model built around our integrated systems provides a return on investment of just a few years. With careful study, the documents attached herein will make it clear exactly how this will happen, and I am at your disposal to explain each detail. The opportunity for Textron Inc. clearly begins at the production level for the HyRail, yet working closely with the Interstate Traveler Company, LLC, we offer several unique technologies that may be of great value to Textron's traditional customer base. Regarding the HyRail, the most important historical documents to consider are the 2003 House and Senate Resolutions which received Unanimous Support for the adoption and construction of the Hydrogen Super Highway for the State of Michigan and the entire USA. LLC proposed Public Private Partnership with MDOT Here is a link to an Excel Workbook which spells out most of our analysis for the 1,456 mile system to cover the Interstate Highways in Michigan Here is the link to the Detroit Metropolitan Area Loop and the PowerPoint presentation that we gave to Mayor Kilpatrick of the City of Detroit MI: Here is a link to the Detroit to Ann Arbor 88 Mile project: The remainder of this page will provide a series of links to other documents that outline the general and specific terms or our business model.
