Friday, October 10th 2008 This web page has been created specifically for: Paul A. Gilley Residenet Vice President of Public Affairs Norfolk Southern, 101 West Ohio Street - Suite 2000 Indianapolis, IN 43204 paul.gilley@nscorp.comP 317-472-2844 C 317-508-3685 F 317-472-2845 Dear Mr. Gilley, It was a nice surprise to meet with you briefly last week here at the Whitmore Lake office. I much enjoyed our conversation and I look forward to meeting with you very soon to move forward with a conditional agreement as a stepping stone toward a full Public Private Partnership to enable a full integration with the US Economy. As promised, I have created this web-page for you to enable direct access to information appertaining to, and as a part of, our collective business case. The documents linked to this web page depicting the necessity, financial feasibility and elementary design should answer most, if not all of your questions. I remain at your service should you require my direct attention to provide immediate answers to your questions. Perhaps the most important historical documents to consider are the 2003 House and Senate Resolutions which received Unanimous Support for the adoption and construction of the Hydrogen Super Highway for the State of Michigan and the entire USA. These Resolutions pre-date Governor Schwarzenegger's by almost one year and were passed the summer before Governor Granholm took office. Here is a link to v10 of the Interstate Traveler Co.
