Kettering / Interstate Traveler Draft MOU This web page has been created specifically for: Outplacement Projects, Inc. 150 West Jefferson Ave. / Suite 1000 Detroit, Mi 48226November 3rd, 2006 Dear Greg, Lorna, Jim, Bruce, Jay, Rob and Tom, I am truly excited to have OPI's commitment to help launch this laudable undertaking into production. Greg said that you are the Dream Team and I am convinced that he is right. Eleven years ago, I had a folder with just a few pages of notes in it describing the basic rudiments of the Traveler, which has now become recognized around the world as the ideal solution to global sustainable infrastructure. Eleven years later, we have hundreds of associates with functional knowledge of the system and thousands of interested parties around the world that are sharing the merits of our system with their peers and local governmental leaders at an ever increasing rate. Now today, we have a team that can bridge the gap from the drawing board to the production floor so that we may begin setting up rail all over the world. With the Michigan State Legislature's will already recorded, the Public Private Partnership already in the hands of the MDOT Director, the cooperation of the City of Detroit ready at the table, the various Labor Unions ready, and the overwhelming needs of the many thousands of un-employed right here at home, the time is now for the Interstate Traveler to go into production.... and this is what we intend to do. Our cash flow system paying direct Interstate Traveler revenues directly into the coffers of every municipality in the State will enable every community to pay for garbage collection, sweep the streets, plow the snow, heat the side walks, maintain wonderful public gardens, provide education to their residents and curb to curb public transit State wide. The power of dialing 211 on your telephone and getting picked up anywhere in the State and taken anywhere you need to go for five cents a minute is unmatched anywhere in the world. And we only have a little bit of work left to do to kick things off. I look forward to working with all of you so that together we can see Detroit be reborn as an international destination city. I believe the Traveler will cause an increase in land value all around Detroit and attract new businesses and settlers from all over the world. I believe the Traveler will cause Detroit's population to triple in less than ten years, and make Michigan the number one State in the Union for jobs and over all standard of living. In the mean time while we begin this growth process, please use the remainder of this web page as a resource to review business critical documentation about our company and our mission, if you have not already had a chance to do so. God Bless America!
