Dear John,

I enjoyed speaking with you on the telephone today.  It is refreshing to speak with someone that is both positive about the future of solar and deeply familiar with the business of dealing with the government.

As promised,  I have created this web-page for you and your associates to enable direct access to information appertaining to, and as a part of, our collective business case.  The documents linked to this web page depicting the necessity, financial feasibility and elementary design should answer most, if not all of your questions.  I remain at your service should you require my direct attention to provide immediate answers to your questions.

You had ask for the quick study on the "Poster Child" which is what we refer to as the "Alpha System".  The following links will help you see what has already been done.  The first few are related to the Alpha System.
