Dear Congresswoman Kosmas, I very much enjoyed the chance to provide a presentation to your District Director Valerie Guenther, along with several other interested constituents last Monday the 6th of April. We were able to share more light on the many features, benefits and attributes of the HyRail along with the details of how the Public Private Partnership will open the floodgates to Billions of investment dollars pouring into Florida in general, and your District specifically with the commercialization of space. It is well known that many thousands of people in your District will soon be unemployed both directly and indirectly related to the Space Shuttle program. Clearly when thousands of people loose their paychecks in a localized area, they loose the reason to stay in the area. Then there is usually a mass migration with stagnation in the local economy eroding the quality of life and tax base for municipal activities. Everyone will suffer from the massive unemployment in the area, along with a downturn in real-estate value as potentially a thousand homes go on the market at the same time. This will be disastrous for tourism for both Space related and Beach related vacationers alike. Even though Congress has the power to act, they may not act fast enough or bold enough. We are happy to share with you how we will soon be creating thousands upon thousands of good "Green" jobs within your District that will be commercially driven and sustained without subsidy from the government. This industrial revolution will not just be in Florida but across our entire United States. As the Hydrogen Super Highway will be the largest and most practical method for producing Hydrogen en-mass, we will become the critical and economical leader in the supply of Hydrogen for all future missions into space that use Hydrogen as a fuel. This being the case, the cost of space flight will fall by several orders of magnitude and will enable a massive investment from the private sector into further commercial developments at Cape Canaveral that will drive demand for all those highly skilled workers whom are about to loose their jobs. As is clearly stated in the Michigan House Resolution 23 and Senate Resolution 89 in 2003, the historic precedence is set and our global network has been building relationships ever since at the highest levels. Soon we will be in production and a new industrial model will begin to create jobs and reduce the cost of living in general for millions of people over the next ten years here in America alone. While the same economic rewards will be reaped in countries like China and Russia and India at the same time. Yes, the socio-economic impact is unprecedented.
