The basic Idea is to configure enough electrode pairs as to control all major and minor muscle groups with very delicate control systems, and have an intelligent control system to enable complex choreography of movement. It is overly simple to expect an external mechanical device to replicate the complexity of the magnificent machine the body already is in it's own right.
