As promised in my email to you, I have created this page for you so that you may have direct access to a more extensive library of information on the Interstate Traveler and our business processes.    

Please review the following information and links to information at your earliest convenience so that you and your staff may be fully informed as to the capabilities of this unique system and have a chance to realize how this system will help protect the energy security of Nebraska and the United States in the future.  Also, please ponder the effects on economic development for the agricultural, commercial and educational segments of your economy and how your economy will have better, faster and more efficient access to the global economy.

Most importantly, here is a link to v10 of the ITC proposed Public Private Partnership which has been created from an existing P3 in use by the Michigan DOT.  This document may be the most important document for you to look at so that you can see how our P3 will solve the Public/Municipal financial shortfall that is taxing people into the poor house.   Our P3 is created in such a way as to legally ensure that 50% of annual revenues from a Traveler system installed on public rights of way is paid out to ALL levels of government in a unique combination of direct percentage and per capita.  The ultimate result of this P3 will enable State wide and eventually Nation wide curb-to-curb public transit services accessible by dialing "211" on your phone to get picked up anywhere, anytime.  Enjoy!
