Private Investment to Purchase Equity

By Purchasing Equity you Attest to be a Member of the Interstate Traveler Co. LLC in Good Standing, or hereby Attest to becoming a New Member of the LLC bound by the covenants of the Operating and Subscription Agreements and Proclaim to be legally eligible to become a Member under the Laws of the State of Michigan and under the Laws, Rules, Regulations, Statutes, Edicts, Orders, Treaties and Directives of the Federal Government of the United States.  New Member's eligibility is then subject to Confidential Internal Review and by Clicking 'Buy Now' you are submitting payment in escrow until approved as a Member.  The New Member will Attest to the fact that Membership is not considered binding until a completed and signed original copy of the Operating and Subscription Agreements, along with a copy of government issued ID such as a Drivers License or a Passport attached, is delivered to the LLC office location at 4990 S. Old US23 Hwy, Brighton Michigan, 48114 USA, where after approval, an Official Certificate of Units is issued to the approved new Member with authorized signature and affixed official seal.  If Membership is not approved, the full amount will be refunded without penalty or interest to either party.
