Use a technique I call "Pressurized Balloon Forming" an extremely large rigid structural dome shame can be cast.

The Technique required two concentrically stacked inflatable balloons mounted to a pre-cast circular footing.

The internal and outer balloons act as the of a massive "Injection Mold" that is filled with a slurry that solidifies to form a rigid shell.
