The WEST JAVA REGIONAL ECONOMIC CORRIDOR Transportation System will be served with a sophisticated meshed of integrated and well planned interconnecting zero or near-zero emission grid of air, land, sea, waterway transportation system that include Toll Hydrogen Highways, Hydrogen Bullet Train, Wind Hydrogen Seaport, Solar Hydrogen Airport, Hydrogen Water Taxi and Urban Eco-Roads. Both the West Java Provincial Government and the Regional Legislative Assembly have approved and passed the deployment and construction of a High Speed Bullet Train System for the province in June 2007. In addition, the Ministry of Transportation have approved the construction and installation of an elevated high speed train system connecting Bandung to Jakarta as alternative public transportation system. Indonesia already have a moderate speed railway system operational in Jakarta for more than 9 years provided by Aeromovel Global Corporation, a California based corporation. It is an environmentally friendly railway system, the train is air powered that turns the electric propulsion system to propel the train forward and reverse the airflow to stop the train. In compliance with PROJECT INDONESIA INITIATIVE's ZERO EMISSION - ZERO TOXIC - ZERO WASTE pre-requisite on all public infrastructure developments, Caedz has proposed to the Indonesian Authority to construct and install a Hydrogen Bullet Train for its rapid high-speed commuter system requirements. Thus far, Japan is the only country that has tested, constructed and operated a Hydrogen Bullet Train ("Hydrail") system. In Europe, they are evaluating Hydrail system and has received favorable review. Hydrail system will replace some of the existing high speed train. The high price of fossil fuel is key to the decision in replacing current rail transportation system in both Japan and Europe.
